I am extremely disappointed with Solstice. I have called and sent letters and emails and forms; you say you never received them. I wait on the phone an average of 30 minutes each time I call.

After waiting 30 minutes to reach someone, I spoke with you on 5/31/16 from 12:26 until 1:20 pm est. I called to discuss claims that were not received (although this was the second time sent) and not reimbursed. At first I sent them through the US mail, and then, I sent them through certified mail. I sent them to your PO Box, but you said I needed to send them to a physical address, if they were sent certified. Each time, I had to personally request of my dentist to send the physical xrays because Solstice won t reimburse without xrays. You suggested I scan a copy of the xrays to expedite the claims. I did this, but I was told that the images couldn t be read because I needed to use PDF. When I returned to my computer, after our call, I realized that I had used PDF. I am now for a final time going to a mail store to have them send these claims PDF AGAIN. In addition to these claims that I have been trying to resolve since November, and it is now July, I have a claim a doctor submitted and wrote a letter for that is outstanding since March. I cannot get a figure on when and what I will be reimbursed from Solstice reps.

I am very disappointed with your insurance. I don t know what the problem or hold up is, since it your job to handle claims and expeditiously reimburse people who have spent money on medical service they have paid to insure.
