I had a bad experience with the other dealership where I bought my GMC Savanah(Don Wheaon on whyte ave), that's why I switched to GMC Buick on 34th ave but they are no better !

I have first scheduled an oil change and it took forever because some of the mechanics were on breaks but the bays were full with waiting customers.

After that, I booked another appointment to fix a message that was coming up on my dashboards: "service stabilitrack" and a problem with my jack's cover.

The electrical mechanic looked at the stabilitrack problem for an hour and a half and came to the conclusion that my battery was the problem.

So, I talked to the person at the desk and he told me that the parts manager didn't approve to replace the battery under warranty. The warranty is 3 years or 60.000km. My cargo van is from 2017 and I was just 3000km over. I wasn't even offered to have my battery replaced for half price or at least a commercial gesture but I still had to pay for the hour and half that the tech spent for finding the issue.

And to top it all off, they weren't able to fix the cover that falls off all the time. They told me that I had to fix it myself !! but they still made me pay for the time that the mechanic spent of it....for nothing !

What a terrible customer service !
