The service department at this location is 5 star in every way. I worked with Patrick Pires and he was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. He gave recommendations, detailed explanations and allowed me to make my own decisions regarding the services. Every time I made a request, he went above and beyond to do his best for me. I had never experienced any customer service like this before. Just sitting at his desk makes you feel like you re being treated like royalty. Because of Patrick, I would never want to drive anything but a Mercedes!
