Terrible experience. I was guaranteed by finance that my trade in would be paid off in 10 days, it took them over a month. I ended up paying 2 more payments on my vehicle due to this. Then my bill was mailed to me for my monthly payment on the day the payment was due... when I was told it would arrive 19 days before it was due.
I called into the office for finance 5 times. Received one call back in which the manager said he didn t know any details and would get back to me. They never did. I called the customer service line twice. They called over with me on the line. No one answered. We left 2 voicemails. No response. We emailed the finance manager AND GM, no call back. However they did process my second down payment that following day.
Once they got my money they did not care at all.

Will happily speak with anybody considering buying a vehicle from here and give the full input. Do not buy here.
