I haven't even purchased a car yet and the customer service at this dealership is amazing. I don't have great credit and the staff here is going above and beyond to get me in the car I want without pushing me into something I don't because it's easier to finance. They listen and are extremely nice. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. My sales person is John Hicks and again I would recommend him to anyone, in no way has he been pushy the entire time and has offered options without giving up. If you're in the market for a Honda David McDavid is the place to go
