I ordered a bike from Bike24 and received it after 10 days of delivery (indicated were 5-9 days). The bike was very well packaged, transport damage was virtually impossible, big praise for it! The bike also seemed to have been checked well before shipping, everything goes like clockwork. There is a star deduction for the telephone support that cannot be reached due to Corona. E-mails are also answered rather slowly by customer service.
