Disorganized and slow for a quote.

The initial quote was a competitive price, but the poor follow up communication means I won't trust them with my event.

I contacted them for a quote and got a reply in a few days from Ted Rubis, all fine. 10 days later I replied and asked some follow up questions.

A "regional manager for the DC region" called Eric Hertsch e-mailed me to take over the process. I called him as he requested, and discussed what I needed. He couldn't find any of my earlier e-mails so I sent them directly to him on 14th Dec. I sent another follow up e-mail on 21st Dec asking when I could expect a reply. It is now 8th Jan and I haven't heard anything back. I know this is over the holiday period, but almost a month is getting ridiculous...
