Would give it negative stars if possible. My mom called last year to file a claim after the wind took off the roof shingle. They sent someone to inspect and were gonna cover the cost. Point being they messed up the check 2 times and it had to be sent back because of "possible fraud". It has been over 6 months easily and the rain water came in the house. It was coming out of the walls, the light fixtures, and random places on the ceiling. The beds got wet, tvs, game systems etc. And when she called they said it's not their fault and they won't cover any damage. They already admitted it was their fault in messing up the check 2 times and the roof hasn't been able to be fixed. This isn't the first time she called nor the first time water has gone in the house. Wouldn't recommend this insurance company to anyone and would advice anyone to switch insurance companies if possible.
