I would not recommend this dealership to anyone I care about. Overall, I experienced very poor customer service. Long wait times, lots of "take it or leave it" negotiations and an overall sense of "we know more than you" attitude. I wish I had gone to a different dealership.

They pulled the "good cop, bad cop" routine, between the sales person and manager. After 3 hours of being there, we caved and reluctantly agreed. I wish my wife and I would have left. But we wanted to buy a Toyota and so we stayed. If it wasn't for that fact, I'm sure we would have left. I wish buying a Toyota didn't involve this dealership.

Then they put us in the back office with the "finance person". Well, it was actually a kid. He was very pompous and arrogant. The documents were not ready when we got there. He was printing documents off while we were in his office waiting. He didn't asked if we wanted to pay for the fees he just assumed we didn't and put everything in to be financed. Which means we will actually pay more for them. It's good customer service practice to have everything ready when the customer is there. It shows that you respect their time. And is only respectful to ask them if the customer can pay for the fees up front to save money. Again, it just seemed like they didn't care.
