Buyer decided to use Arthur Brison II as their LO with Nexa. Communication was non-existent. Lack of basic lending knowledge, non-existent. Arthur sent bogus loan status updates and promised it would close on time. Here we are days after close of escrow (not one update). Things go wrong in transactions but what these people did is negligent, arguably malicious. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE.
