I am not usually so wrong with a review as I was with my original review of Crown Honda of Southpoint. I am firing them as my Civic's service provider and will be eliminating them as an option for the purchase of a new car. This recent airbag replacement rush has shown me the light and revealed that despite things like a large waiting room and shuttle, the bottom line is that they have shown a complete disregard for my time and clearly cannot provide the level of service I would expect from someone I would allow to work on my car.

Brought the Civic in this morning around 7am for my appointment, and the drop-off area was already slammed seemingly with other airbag replacement appointments. I made a comment about that, and the rep said the previous day they did more than 200.

Flashback to two weeks ago when I brought it in without an appointment for an oil change, A/C fix, and to have some paint chipping looked at due to a previous warranty fix done on another spot. I was told that there may be a wait because there were 75 people with appointments in front of me. One-and-a-half days later, after calling the evening before, and that morning to check on the status I called to see if anything had been done and was told there were 50 people with appointments in front of me. So, I said not to worry about it and that I would just be coming to pick it up. Upon arrival I was informed it had been taken to the back and was on a lift. Needless to say I was extremely irritated.

This week, I got an email saying my airbag inflator replacement was in, and to call for an appointment. Against my better judgment I called and asked for them to also look at the A/C in addition to fixing the airbag, and was told I just needed to have the A/C recharged which would be around $160. Sounded great as my commute home from work has been a very sweaty endeavor recently. Well, the cool air felt great, until it once again stopped working at the light onto 751.

Use their service at your own risk. Just be prepared.

The service department is efficient AND I really appreciate that they are open on Saturdays.

The waiting area is comfortable, and the prices are reasonable. Overall a good place to get your Honda serviced. Not sure about sales.
