With the power outages, they had to momentarily shut down the power in our building to fix others. This is understandable, however, after FOUR HOURS, they have not turned it back on. It is 80 degrees in our house and all our food is going bad. When I called them and told them the problem, they could not give me any indication of when power would be returning, even though THEY turned it off in the first place !
