I am currently under contact with re/max crossroad...

I am currently under contact with re/max crossroad on 466 Trebisky Rd in Richmond Hts. A Homepath home. I was supposedly have brought and gotten the keys on July 17th 2020. I paid $500.00 for an appraisal and $320.00 for an home inspection and $140.00 for an Radon test. A couple of days before getting my keys they asked for an extension on the contact. They asked for July 30th. I signed the extension. I was wondering if the city had did a Point of Sale on the home and decided to called the city of Richmond. When I spoke to city worker she asked am I going to assume all the voliations on the home for the point of sale. I said no... I didn't know it had any that the Seller's did not fix! She sent it to me in an email, and I was surprised. Their was no way the sale was going to go through with the cement and a host of things to repair and reinspection that needed to done before or on the 30 of July 2020. And no one was doing anything to the home. I know this because I was driving by daily. Couldn't and wouldn't be done.. My home was sold. I find myself with no place to call home.. I called left messages for Jeff Smutek to call me to find out was was the progress. Nothing! I finally found his cell phone number and left an message. He texted and wrote! I quote, "talk to you're agent"...
I saw the emails my agent sent this man.
I am surprised that Re/Max has an agent and or Broker with this level of ethics. Never dealt with this lack of accountability in realtor. I will seek help. Who is here to help the Buyer from losing money? Who?
