I when shopping recently and when I got home found...

I when shopping recently and when I got home found 2 items never made it into my bags. Was told that 1 item was left in my carriage and the other item was nowhere. There was No item left in my carriage as I check my carriage carefully. And what about my other item? I spend a substantial amount of money there every week and feel I was treated very badly. And, I might add the kids that checked me out were not paying attention to my groceries. If I wasn't paying attention my eggs and bread would have been ruined. I was brought up to believe the customer is always right. My Dad owned a super market and whether the customer was right or wrong would have apologized and replaced the items. That is good business. Unfortunately after this experience , I will not return to Eastside to shop again!
