This hotel is TERRIBLE !!! My friends room was NOT...

This hotel is TERRIBLE !!! My friends room was NOT ready and he had to wait 3 HOURS FOR THE SUITE TO BE READY EVEN THOUGH HE HAD A REServation THIS IS RIDICULOUS !!! Elevators are a nightnare and tbe staff looks bored!!! I will never recomemend this perfunctory hotel
