8 months of diet and exercise complete, down about 70 pounds, 315 to 245. Blood pressure reduced from 138/95 to 115/72. Resting heart rate down from 72 to 54bpm. A1C 13.5 to 5.3. My BP & diabetes meds are history. Waist 48 to 38in. Shirt size 19.5 to 17.5. XXXL tshirts, coats and jackets now XL and L. Done with 3-1 hour workouts each week under the guidance of my personal trainer Tom Christensen and pretty strict adherence to a reduced calorie diet 5 days out of 7 each week. It's not magic but the joy of pulling my 2 year old grandson up the hill on his toboggan without being out of breath is hard to express. Thanks to everyone, especially Tom and the staff at Morfit for your support along the journey. My goal for 2019 is to gain enough strength and to lose the corresponding required amount of weight to enable me to do a set of pull-ups. I am confident that I will succeed.
