CIB is a worthless company, as a client for a collection, I am disappointed in their way of working, unclear agreements and unclear contracts.
They eventually collected my claim, but before I received my money we were years later and I had lost a further 1500 euros to the CIB on a claim of 4500 euros in addition to my fixed annual costs.
I have now placed my affairs with a legal assistance insurer and that works fine
