Their partner (whose name I will not mention) came for the maintenance of my boiler. During the week, I noticed that my secondary freezer was unplugged! No one at home touched this socket, which was right next to the boiler! The only person in charge was therefore the heating engineer who used this outlet (when there were 4 others available). This one was full, and everything ended up in the trash! Furious, I contact Engie by email (10 p.m.), a few days later I receive an unfavorable response from them! I call them and ask for explanations, I tell them that I am disappointed, and that I intend to change supplier if a commercial gesture is not offered to me, reassuring them that I did not have caviar in my freezer ; ) The charming lady replied: "I understand you, but the heating engineer said that he had not unplugged this socket".
