Had a friend who had an anxiety attack when leaving to meet me to and eat and watch a film so i picked him up earlier and we arrived earlier than planned as any time alone would have made him worse. I get a 100 pound fine for the trouble as we stayed over the 5 hours and worst of all when appealing they never mentioned the incident and didn't care. Then they basicially bribed me by saying if i go to popla and still loose i have to pay the full charge as opposed to the reduced rate of 60 pounds. Absolute scum of the earth with no empathy or consideration for the circumstances that I found mylsef in with my friend.
