I have been working for Auburn Pharmaceutical for nearly 4 years and appreciate the ways in which women are empowered and the concerted effort that the company makes to give back to the community. As a member of the LGBT community, I have felt that my voice matters and that the members of the team respect and encourage my growth, and that my fellow co-workers treat me like an equal. Our President and CEO, Jeffrey Farber, makes a point to create a positive work environment by providing a host of perks, such as 2 paid wellness hours per week, monthly volunteer opportunities with Meals on Wheels, seasonal luncheons, art contests, annual employee appreciation parties, free tickets to educational activities such as the Charles H. Wright Museum of African American History and much more! The culture we create on the internal level extends across all levels and sets the tone for how we do business with our customers.
