My husband and I are leaving an anniversary weekend. I grew up in Jersey, so I have been to NYC many times. Hands down, The Knickerbocker was the best hotel stay I have ever had in New York. From Chester at the front door (and later our bellman to find our ride to the airport), to Eric at concierge to help us find a swanky lounge before dinner, we couldn t be more impressed. Our room was huge (for NYC standards), and the customer service at the rooftop bar from Ryan and Gio was second to none. I wish I had unlimited space to write this review to say everything I want, but just leave with this The Knickerbocker is the best money you will ever spend on a hotel in NYC.
