I am very sad to be a person who comes here, unfortunately to make an unpleasant comment, I even read the comments and didn t see anything really, but the truth is that this hotel is not what you see in the pictures, yes it is glamorous, looks good, but for my hygiene it is very important, on the first night we found a HUGE cockroach walking on the bedroom ceiling, almost MORRI from the heart, then the bathroom door didn t lock (so far so good), the worst thing was everything in the main restaurant where the breakfast and lunch and dinner takes place, it was very pork, there were cockroaches (this time they were smaller) walking on the table, and also walking on the table from where the cooks made the omelets, I was horrified , I had never seen anything so pig in my life, apart from the poor service by the restaurant staff, always in a bad mood (normal in an all inclusive system), some fruits were spoiled and tasted sour at breakfast. ...
I should have taken pictures, I regretted it, I just know that at the time I wanted to run away and forget what I had seen ... it was really sad.
But as I am optimistic and I always try to see the good side, the best thing was that I came home thinner (a rare thing when I leave on holidays I usually get fat) but this time I had no appetite for so much dirt and (small) cockroaches walking on dinner tables, I was horrified, I felt like throwing up, to have an idea we anticipated our departure, we were unable to stay until the end, we left 3 days before, the good part in that and they returned the money for the days we were not here, but even if they didn t return, we d leave the same way. It was really disgusting .... an unforgettable experience, we didn't even like to talk about it, but I needed to come here and leave it on record so that nobody will throw your money away, I don't think it's fair, hygiene is very important.
I stayed with my boyfriend in April 2015.
