I currently have the parts of a Reebok cross-train...

I currently have the parts of a Reebok cross-trainer taking up most of a room in my house. Delivered yesterday with missing parts needed in one of the first assembly steps.

I instantly recognised the workmanship - an old Roger Black upright cycle in my garage is eerily similar - it now collects dust due to a slipping left peddle which I struggled/fought to sort out in-warranty. I did my research and it turns out RFE are also responsible for that too.

Tried calling RFE - no answer. Hold music for half an hour before I gave up. I'm now the proud owner of two unusable RFE cardio machines.
