Bought a car there about a year ago. They didn't have the color we wanted, so we special ordered it since we weren't in a hurry, waited several months, then got the call that the car came it. Turns out, the wrong car came, we ordered the hybrid and they ordered the non-hybrid. All i got was a "sorry, didn't know what happened" The salesperson then found another car, which wasn't the color we wanted, but we said ok. I get that things happened, but when you make a mistake, own up to it. This new car didn't come when i was told. When it finally did arrive, I asked if i can get a discount due to their mistakes, they said they can give me a olive garden gift card and that's the best they can do. At that point i got upset, and after talking to a manager, they finally gave me a discount. I really wished they wouldn't have waited till I got upset. Anyways, that's my experience, based on other people's reviews, it seems like they're good most of the time, just didn't happen to me.
