Nobody can answer the phone, was there on site and they needed a full 2.5 hours just to make an appointment.
Absolutely disorganized the audiology.
I can not say anything to the doctors yet.
All other departments in the Charite are very good!


You have to wait a long time for an appointment, but they are very competent and friendly, go to the phone especially!
Was very happy to be there as a child, the atmosphere is much nicer and does not have this KH facility.
