The hotel is nice, but there were many problems. Two of the worst ones: The manager repeatedly called us after 10 pm - woke us & the kids - asking what my name was - apparently there was a glitch in the system & the room appeared unoccupied. Also, we asked several times throughout the day to have the room cleaned and it never was. It's likely that this hotel has some management and integrity issues. I don't EVER leave bad reviews but this was not what I expected from such a high-class resort
