Waiting time is ridiculous long. I scheduled an appointment two weeks in advance, arrived 30 minutes earlier and waited 4 hours to be called , then, 2 more hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I don't see the advantage of scheduling if you will take all walk ins. Employees are overwhelmed, stressed and in bad mood! I keep asking to install a rear camera and they keep refusing to do it because the lack of time.
