Hight-end store? May be, but bog-standard online service...
My order was cancelled because they said " the items could not be found."
But when I phoned up, they said "Because quality check was failed"
So instead of reorder, they just cancelled my order.
There's no sincere apology and was't much help from the customer service, almost like it was my fault to order them.
Also many items are out of order but still display as normal, you can only tell by add them to your basket, what a waste of time.
Wouldn't buy from Selfridges again if I don't need to!
