Customer service: Excellent communications, courteous polite and as a customer was kept informed of the status of my sack truck.

Product: What a fantastic bit of solid kit! My sack truck dealt with all white goods; from the 74KG washing machine to the tall fridge freezer effortlessly. Loved the two handle design for stabilization and the wheels I had selected (puncture proof) were HUGE! Solid item, solid axis, performed like a ballerina.

My brother who came to help with the move (carpenter Joiner) tried to have my truck away! Referred him on to Handle-It.
