I recently bought my third Certified Pre-Owned Volvo from Smythe, and - as always - it was a smooth, stress free experience. The past times I had visited other dealerships, only to find that the vehicles they advertised as CPO were, in fact, not CPO. I even dealt with one dealer that wanted to add the cost of VIN engraving to the final bill. Even though the VIN was already engraved. He said that they can't let a vehicle leave the dealership without it. So I left the dealership without buying the vehicle.

There's no such "bait and switch" or other upsell gimmicks at Smythe, so theirs was the only website I visited when I was ready for a newer vehicle. They had the S60 in stock that I wanted, so I visited on a Monday afternoon and worked with Pablo. His demeanor set me at ease immediately, and after the test drive I told him I wanted the vehicle and we could skip all the sales fluff. Pablo quickly walked me thru the initial paperwork while the finance manager Sean got my loan in order. I came back at 5:00 that evening, signed for the loan, and was driving away in my new Volvo shortly thereafter.

Smythe, the dealer that I trust, had the vehicle that I wanted. Pablo listened to my needs and provided a great buying experience. That's how car buying should be!!
