For years I suffered from unexpected back problems...

For years I suffered from unexpected back problems that would leave me debilitated for days. Chiropractors and massage therapists were my go-to but the problems would always come back. A friend recommended I try Virginia Therapy and the experience has been extraordinary. Not only have their treatments led to virtually little back issues but they ve taught me how to strengthen my core and keep my back in better shape.
