I ordered a CR Laine swivel rocker by phone after speaking with sales representative Mat Tully. My chair arrived in 9 weeks just as he said and is perfect! The Home Delivery Services guys were punctual and made sure the chair was what I ordered before having me sign the papers. I will definitely order from Hickory Park Galleries the next time I need a quality piece of furniture, especially if I can request that Mat service my account.
