Service appointment was taken without delay, next morning the service technician was on time, problem fixed promptly and cost was reasonable for work performed. Technician was honest and answered all my questions and offered advise in choosing a new thermostat that I needed. I would recommend this company and particular the technician to anybody with heating-cooling issues
