Not sure if this is the correct location but I had to get this out there. I had the amazing pleasure to speak with Mrs. Jorene "Jo" ID#JM8932 in the Oklahoma office, AMAZING! when I tell you this beautiful woman listened to my concerns and addressed them thoroughly and with compassion . She deserves an award for her kindness and empathy!! She spoke in a way I understood and made sure all my concerns were addressed. She went well above and beyond to help me and I want her to know it is much deeper than internet service she spoke to me as a person and I felt so appreciated as a customer. NEVER IN MY LIFE have I had a more wonderful experience with speaking to a customer service representative. Thank you so much Mrs. Jorene you will be remembered as a person who really touched me and cared about what I am going through and you went above and beyond for that ma'am you are so so so very much appreciated!!!!!
