I love this place because we get people off the streets mentally ill people helps to get that medication and homes and jobs and we have a day program so they could have someone to go everyday
I would have been homeless if my family had not stepped up and helped me out in 2014. I went here seeking help and got nothing but the run around. I got the impression I was the wrong color to receive help as I didnt see one white staff person or client receiving help here. To those not from Atlanta that may seem laughable but in this city racism really does go both ways especially in social services.
Companionate employees, Loving place for learning ones disabilities
The staff is so compassionate! I love my son's case manager, Ms. Jay. she is so positive, uplifting and patient. Ms. Yolanda and the staff at his group home are all awesome and kind. I'm grateful that I found Community Friendship.
