My mother n law recently had surgery here. The entire staff was AMAZING!!! The Dr. was very friendly and answered all questions. Her nurse was Brittani and she was WONDERFUL!!! She was so sweet and helpful. We only had to use the call button a couple of times and never waited more than a couple minutes.
I had my tonsillectomy and adenectomy on wed. 11/11/20 and as much as my recovery sucks these doctors/nurses made sure we knew everything and answered all of my questions. They laughed and joked with me until my time of surgery. I told the nurses thank you for being so nice and actually answering my questions. I wouldn't have wanted to have my surgery anywhere else. So thankful i was referred here! Very patient and nice staff. Very on schedule too! Surgery scheduled for 8:45 i was in the back by 8:40!! Love this hospital!
I LOVED our experience for our toddler needing tubes. They were extremely time efficient, very professional and great with one-on-one interaction with my daughter as well as myself. I couldn't have had a better experience unless I'd won the lottery while there
My mother in law had surgery here and this place has been amazing. She needed inpatient stay and they have been so kind and helpful towards her. Thank you so much to all the staff! Cooks, custodians, nurses, dr every single person !! Absolutely phenomenal service.
My husband had knee replacement surgery and the staff at CLSH was phenomenal! Everyone was friendly and helpful. We appreciate you all so very much!! I am still stunned at how GOOD the food was in the little cafe!
My mother-in-law had surgery this week and stayed for 4 days in the surgery center. My wife was so impressed with care her mother received as well as the staff. Every member of the staff was polite, professional and extremely helpful. She was particularly impressed with the staff's ability to assist each other. They demonstrated the true meaning of the word, "team".
Was I truly in a hospital, it felt like a luxury full service hotel. Every one was super friendly, they spoiled me rotten. I felt like royalty! Every request I made was taken care of quickly, and correctly. Before any one left my room I was asked repeatedly "is there any thing else I needed or could they do anything else for me." Then they would tell me thank you, they are treating me, caring for me, and yet they would say thank you after checking my vitals, or bringing me more ice, or responding to my call. Like it was a treat for them to take care of me. They would plead with me, if i did need something don't hesitate to ask, be sure to let them know whatever i needed or desired. They made me feel like I was the only patient they had, and I was not only their top priority but only one. (Even though there was others in neighboring rooms). The room was super clean not a speck of dirt or trash to be found, and yes even the house keeper said thank you after she cleaned up after me. Every thing they did for me was explained clearly in words any layman could understand without making you feel dumb. I highly recommend surgical hospital, from the moment you first walk through the door until you leave you are very well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff enough for treating me so well.
Amazing staff!!! The clinicians at CLASH are extremely competent and genuinely care about their patients. As a clinician myself, I have been impressed with the level of care given to my Mother during all of her procedures and post-op stays.

I just spent 4 days here with my mom Betty Perez after she had her kidney removed due to cancer. I was very impressed with the hospital and the staff here. Dr. Templeton's no nosense approach and kind bedside manner was much appreciated. Jill was the most compassionate RN I have ever met and Amy was amazing (She was ninja like making sure she didn't disturb her while looking after her through the night. ) The aid Courtney was fantastic as well. She made her comfortable in a situation where there wasn't much comfort to be found.
