I ordered a phone call on the site, but the order was not sent for a long time, so I contacted the store. They told me that unfortunately they do not have it in stock and the order must be canceled. Since then I have been waiting for a refund, 14 days have passed and there is no money. I contacted the store and the customer service center by email and I was sent elsewhere all the time and "asked for patience". After contacting the hotline, I did not learn anything new, except that "they must wait for some verification" that they do not know when it will occur. The case will be referred to UOKiK. I do not recommend. Very unprofessional customer treatment.
