Great place normally. I just spent a good amount of money on new tires and maintaince on my bike. I also bought a new windscreen from there. It had to be ordered. I had to follow up on it because nobody ever Called me to let me know they have recieved it. Unfortunately the windscreen I purchased was for the year of the bike and I have a newer front end on my bike and wasn't aware of it. I asked if I could exchange and was declined this service. I never used or mounted this part. I feel as if something could of been done from a customer service side of things. This is clearly not of importance to them. I understand some policy's but In my business I always make sure I'm taking care of my customers. BUYERS BEWARE. I feel something could of been done. Thank you.
