A company full of thieves and liars who will overcharge you for any unused service and then refund you only 90 days later. I requested them to cancel my subscription at least 30 days before the actual termination. The termination took effect in January 6. Since I haven't used for the rest of the month, they said I'd just have to wait for the final prorated bill. Awesome, I thought I was all settled. Few days later, I got a shocking bill: I was charged for the entire month of January. Their response: My billing cycle is every month on the 4th while my termination was 2 days after on the 6th. But wait, I requested the service termination like a month before the billing. Anyways, despite having a 30 day notice, they didn't bother prorating my next bill and instead charged me full. They told me they would refund the outstanding amount. I was still ok at this point. But there was another catch. Since I terminated my service before the contract ended, they also said they would also charge me a 500 penalty fee. Ok, it sounds fair. So I thought: I need to get my 300 security deposit back, so 500 fee minus my 300 deposit, I'll just have to pay an extra 200 and problem solved. Nope. Like you can see in the picture, they said they would charge 500 first and my 300 deposit would be refunded only 90 days after. 90 days! Just to process a refund that normally takes up to 30 days. Btw they have a terrible customer service just like many others already mentioned here. 2.5 stars. That's bad. But now I understand why. It will be 0-1 in no time at this rate
