I have been for many years now a customer of Iinet and, from the outset, I have found them to be responsive and client oriented at all levels of the organisation, from their very funny advertising right through marketing, sales, accounts and technical support.
I have rarely needed to call Iinet for technical support or accounts over the years but whenever I had to I was always impressed with their efficiency, know how and willingness to listen to their customers and solve problems rather than create more problems.
Clearly, Iinet train their people well and it is refreshing to detect that Iinet employees appear to identify and believe in Iinet and that they are there to be of service to the customers of Iinet.
Also, if you call them they do not keep you hanging on the line. The customer is given the option of leaving a number for Iinet to call and, from my own experience, they do call punctually within the time window they specified.
Everything at Iinet appears to flow seamlessly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. It is also nice in the global world of today to hear the diversity of accents one hears when talking to the people at Iinet and, further, the funny and gracious way they remember one's birthday.
All I can say is that my experience with Iinet over many years has been and continues to be excellent. Iinet is a prime example of what a customer oriented business in the high tech world of today ought to be and all I can say to Iinet is "...Keep Doing What You Are Doing...!". Pedro De Souza
