TEP is the absolute worst. Yes we were behind on our bill, that s on us but how can a company turn you away when you are directly talking to someone on the phone trying to pay the bill? Then the customer service rep tells us that the closest place to pay is about 20 miles away, which, as you can guess, wasn t true. For over a year we have been trying to get off the paperless billing and revert back to a paper bill but now they just send out NOTHING! Again when we tried to remedy that she said nothing on the subject. Not trying to fix the problem or prevent the problem from happening in the future. These greedy companies are banking on your late fees and seem to not educate their employees on how to HELP people, just ruin their day.
