We have have purchased nice cars for years and this is the worst customer service we ve ever received from a supposed high end car dealer. After weeks of email communication the salesman couldn t be bothered to come out and meet us when we got there. Sent out a secretary type person (no disrespect to her). She kept having to run to him and get answers. Claimed he had another client, but he could have at least said hello. It was clear the used car we were interested in wasn t a big enough sale, so after they blew us off, we went to Mercedes Benz of San Antonio where EVERYONE treated us with respect. And not only did we buy a used car, a family member is going back to buy a brand new one. So they got TWO sales simply by treating us with a little dignity. Guess this GM s sales are over the top and they didn t need ours.

To quote Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman , BIG MISTAKE.

Don t judge your customers by what you THINK they have.
