I actually read the other reviews first and everyone is pretty much spot on. Greystone has increased their fees somehow to maximize they're profit because i went from around $60 a month to $100 but im never home. I have a prepaid account so i can track usage but to charge $3.50 per payment is a bit ridiculous. Also if you run into an issue and cant get to the office or a phone to pay your bill good luck. My power went out from a none related issue. I went to my leasing office asking why my power was still off hours later not knowing that greystone had disconnected my power. And get this. Because my account had dropped to $-0.73. Yes they disconnected my power over 73 cents. I had no way to even get there and ended up going am additional 4 hours without power over 73 cents. I move out Saturday. I wont be using Greystone ever again.
