Worst customer service and example of laziness I'v...

Worst customer service and example of laziness I've experienced. I had attempted to get PGA Jr. information, left numerous voice mails many times over a period of a week and even spoke to the GM twice, whom couldn't get this employee (Don Tames) to return a simple call. I guess we know who's in charge and who's not. I'm sure there are some good employees there, I'm just sorry I didn't get to speak to them.
