Holy Moly! what FANTASTIC wines. Don't wait, call now and make an appointment. I loved the intimate one-on-one tasting with Betsy and Bill. The Cab Franc, Dolcetto, Acorn Hill, and Zin were just to die for. So so so fantastic. I just can't say enough great things about these wines. If I could give more than 5 stars I surely would. I love big reds and I have found a new top 5 ever. Wow wow wow. P.s. we are terrible wine snobs and I dont just go around giving 5 stars to everyone. But don't take my word for it, go see for yourself you won't be dissapointed. Cheers!

Such a great place for different style wines and down to earth experience.

Visited on Barrel Tasting weekend. The staff is always fun to talk to, and the homemade cider is the best.

Locally owned and operated just outside of Healdsburg. Estate grown, field blend wines. Doesn't get any better than this if you like red wine made to drink with food! My favorites are the Dolcetto, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese. The Medley is also at the top of the list but different every year. Be sure and make an appointment!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Acorn Winery. You can't do better than a 1-on-1 tasting with the owners themselves. Bill and Betsy were great hosts. We appreciated getting to know about the history and the short tour through the vines. This was the first place that allowed us to pick and taste a variety of grapes of the vine. Bill even signed the bottle of wine we bought. A great memory for our 15th anniversary trip.

Fantastic family winery.
I love the way they serve in small individual carafes. You get to see the beautiful color of the wine before it is poured. (A covid adjustment that improved the experience.)
The Rosato is my favorite summer wine right now.
I keep my cellar stocked with Sangioveise.
Can't keep the Zinfandel in the house.
Cab Franc, Medley and Acorn Hill all make it a hard choice. All very food friendly wines.
Don't forget the Dulcetto...

A humble winery with outstanding wine! They do a ton of varietals, and a lot of stuff that you don't typically see. The tasting experience is fun because there is nice diversity. All the wines are cultured and serious. I would go back here again and again.

We enjoyed this tasting very much. The wines are fabulous in a very intimate setting. Very personable. Loved it!

Great winery with great wines and very nice owners and staff

Wine is decent here but during our visit to the winery, we were hassled by one of the workers about where we parked. The gps navigation lead us to the front of the building which is where we parked as there were no signs to follow to the "correct" parking. As we were leaving, a winery worker or owner proceeded to knock on our window and give us a hard time about our parking even as we explained the navigation situation. This is no way to treat your patrons.

Incredible personal attention, great wines, beautiful grounds, and informed owners who are so pleasant to be around. Bill and Betsy are the kindest warmest people. They really made our visit feel special. We ll for sure be back and are considering for a future wine club!

If you're into different variatels and not into big corporate wineries, check this place out. The wine is estate grown and is a labor of love from the owners.

Yum. Unique wines which always get raves. My "go to" gift when I'm invited for dinner. Betsy and Bill are great and their 25 years of experience and love of great wine shows in every bottle.

Acorn is always a lovely experience, which I highly recommend. The wine is delicious and unique -- field blends with many varietals not found at other Sonoma wineries. It's a small place with a family feel; owners Betsy & Bill handle tastings and are gracious and fun.

We adore acorn! Bill & Betsy make phenomenal wine - it pairs well with food. They have an intimate tasting spot, where we enjoy chatting with them about their wines.

Very happy with going to this winery versus a large location! They are so knowledgeable and the wine was delicious. It was an intimate experience and you could tell the owners were passionate and thankful to have us there. I would recommend going to this hidden gem over the bigger names any day. You won t be disappointed.

Great wine with even better people! Tastings are reservation only. Wasn't expecting a one on one experience but that's what we recieved. Owner's were extremely knowledgable and passionate about wines. Skip the large wineries and come here for an intimate family feel.
