BMW Toronto saved me from a very messy first buy.....

BMW Toronto saved me from a very messy first buy... always go to a proper dealer... duh!

What brought me to BMW Toronto:

If it were not for the service department at BMW Toronto I would have never known that the BMW I bought (NOT FROM BMW TORONTO) was basically ruined from the previous owner who sprayed something in the engine that no longer made the warranty valid. They showed me the issues while I was in getting a recall done and recommended I return to the pervious owner because this would be big money down the line. I returned that car and immediately went back to BMW Toronto to start the process over again properly.

For your buying experience:

I recommend you reach out to Satchel Ives who went out of his way to rebrand what the BMW experience should be compared to my first one; again the first was from a private owner. Satchel is incredibly friendly, fun to work with and most importantly very honest and straight up; there is no funny business here, just business. He had the perfect car coming onto the lot and made sure I had the first look at it. He is responsive, he understands the expectations of the BMW buyer and he delivers.

I love my car and I will be back!
