I had a good experience once I got a gate entry code that worked. The initial code did not work so I had to get a temporary code which took time while I could have been inside and half finished with the unloading process. I would suggest a faster way to address non working codes. People moving without a working phone have a difficult time verifying identity to obtain a code.
