My wife and I built a home through Hermitage Homes...

My wife and I built a home through Hermitage Homes and we are quite dissatisfied with the extremely poor communication and problem solving skills of the Supervisor and Administrative staff. The landscaping was quality is less than ideal.

The process was not smooth and every request for an update was a challenge. They would often advise me things had been fixed when in fact they weren't, and attempted on a number of occasions to decline responsibility to fix broken items and errors made during the build. We have handed over almost two weeks ago and the Supervisor is still yet to amend outstanding items. I honestly would not recommend this builder and would not build through this company again.
