The room we were given at check in on my wife s birthday was disgusting. Called the operator first to tell them we must have been sent to the wrong room. They assured us that the room was clean and we were in the correct room. Then I call IGH the company that owns crown plaza.. they refused to refund my money immediately because I used Expedia to book it. We had asked to just get our money back to go somewhere else but that would be to complicated for them to do. Long story short it took us 2 hours to get into a room that did not have poop in the toilet.. After talking to house cleaning they said this is the third time this happened today. I would recommend staying anywhere else. you can get better service in a $59 motel.
