Accidently got stung by the carpark arrangements when travelling up from London for a wedding. Did not realise you had to enter in registration to obtain free parking. When asking the gardens for help to resolve this were simply brushed off. Surely this car park system is to help protect genuine customers of the gardens and avoid people using the carpark to go into the city centre? Would be nice if the gardens would help to look after genuine customers rather than throw us under the bus. Would not be attending again that's for sure.
